Doster Construction Company was selected to serve at
General Contractor for this new, 150-unit off-site student apartment
complex in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The exterior will be wood frame with
vinyl siding and stone.
Situated in a gated community, the units will be 4-bedroom, 4-bath
suites just minutes from the University of Alabama. Amenities will
include a large pool with fountain and sun deck, party size whirlpool,
sauna, Wi-Fi (Wireless Internet) in clubhouse and pool deck. The
resort-style clubhouse will have pool tables, foosball, darts,
big-screen TVs, a fitness center, tanning booth, stadium movie theater,
computer center with high-speed Internet, and conversation areas with
comfortable couches. |
