Doster Construction Company was selected as General
Contractor on this new 375,000 square foot, 280-unit apartment complex
located in Lexington. The complex consists of one, two, and three
bedroom apartment units featuring a wood frame, with stone and vinyl
siding exterior. There are 11 apartment buildings and 6 detached garage
buildings located on site.
Amenities include a specially designed pool and hot tub, mail kiosk, car
wash facilities, trash compactor, and a beautiful walking courtyard. A
6,000 square foot clubhouse is also located on the property which houses
a laundry room, exercise facility, business center, and clubroom.
The project was completed on schedule and within budget. |
