Doster was the low bidder from a selected list on Dawson Memorial Baptist Church's new Family Recreation Center. The building has a poured concrete basement, a 22,000 square foot elevated concrete slab, and a 6,000 square foot structural steel mezzanine.  The building exterior consists of brick masonry and insulated glass walls. The interior spaces include classrooms, locker rooms, a gymnasium, an aerobic room, a racquetball court, weight rooms, and a suspended running track. After construction was completed, the Church chose to negotiate with Doster on their next project, a parking deck
