The Tennessee
Board of Regents selected Doster Construction Company as the
Construction Manager for improvements to Tennessee State University's
Avon Williams campus located in downtown Nashville. The project
encompasses building code and life safety compliance for the entire
four-story building. The upgrades include classroom and faculty office
space renovations. The scope requires a four-phase approach inclusive of
demolition and installation of new mechanical, electrical and fire
protection system, including fire pump and generator. The project also
includes new roofing for the main building and penthouse and repaving
and waterproofing the plaza area. New finishes are included in the
project. |
