Kroger Store

As the low bidder from a selected list, Doster was awarded this Kroger retail store in Whitehouse, Tennessee. The project was a new 66,000 square foot building that includes grocery, bakery, and pharmacy with drive-up window. Due to the owner's fast-track scheduling requirements, the project was bid and awarded in two parts, the first being site development, and the second being the building. The project also included extensive modification and expansion to public roadways located adjacent to the site, including traffic signalization.
