Doster Construction was low bidder for this 54,000 square foot stand-alone outpatient surgery, diagnostic, and treatment facility. The facility is connected via a corridor to the main hospital. The structure is a structural steel frame with metal studs and face brick veneer with modified flat roof. The facility houses therapy space with a pool, PT space, cath lab, and two cardiovascular operating rooms.
