Doster Construction Company was selected to construct this new 10,635 square foot
ambulatory surgery center. The facility has two surgery suites, with a rough-in for
a third. Doster coordinated and installed all owner furnished medical equipment.
Other building features include a waiting area, doctor's lounge,
consultation area, offices, nurse control station, pre-op rooms, patient
recovery, and discharge areas. The building is a combination steel
structure and load bearing metal stud walls. The exterior is jumbo
masonry and EIFS band trim. The roof is standing seam metal and single
ply. Also included is 2,400 square foot drive-thru canopy area.
