History
In 1969, Thomas E. Doster, III launched Doster Construction Company, Inc. as a young entrepreneur who had a plan to remodel homes. Little did we know that his initial vision would grow into the company that Doster is today, constructing buildings of virtually every kind.
The company founded in Birmingham, Alabama 40 years ago now has offices in Atlanta, Nashville and Orlando with projects that span twenty seven states for some of the nation's leading companies. While markets, economies, competition and technology have changed, we have persisted through the years by building client relationships that last; and we have combined that philosophy with industry knowledge that has deepened through the years.
Under the leadership of Walton Doster, we continue to embrace change as we keep in mind our company's founding values of integrity, fairness and excellence in every action. Today our clients depend on us to quantify their vision and to make it real. We can see what is possible and we can make it happen even under extraordinary conditions.
Communications between the Doster project team and the client, combined with hands-on management, result in the most value from every construction dollar. As evidenced by Doster's high volume of repeat business, this management concept leads to cost efficient construction, and informed and satisfied clients.
