2009 is a milestone year for Doster Construction, as we celebrate 40 years of successful business. 2008 will be remembered as a record year with a thirty percent increase in business. We saw 46 projects break ground, we began relationships with new clients and our multifamily as well as education divisions flourished. The Atlanta office was awarded more than $80 million worth of work in their first year, and we added tremendous talented and experienced professional staff to our employee roster.
As we move into 2009, we continue to be committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Employees are our most valuable asset. We strive for every employee to fully understand the vision of the company and to be inspired. We have built lasting relationships with clients. We have a solid reputation for excellence in educational, healthcare, industrial and multifamily construction. We earn repeat business through our commitment to customer satisfaction. We are known for meeting our clients' needs, which shows through seventy percent of our work coming from repeat clients.
