Employee Referral Program: Employees are encouraged to use our Employee Referral Program. Employees who refer candidates that are then hired earn a cash award ranging from $250 to $3,000 depending on the position hired for.

Training and Development: We strive to maximize, develop and improve the skills for our employees professionally and individually. Employees are required and encouraged to sign up for classes offered at Doster. All required and optional classes are posted and accessed from our employee intranet.
