Co-op and Summer Employment

At Doster Construction Company, we are committed to furthering the knowledge and development of college students. We strive to achieve this through our advanced co-op/ internship program. The co-op position normally requires a commitment of three semesters and the intern position requires a commitment of one to three semesters. This allows the students to gain hands on experience in their Project Management, Superintendent and/or Estimating rotation.

To be eligible for the co-op/internship program a student must be enrolled with your schools co-op or internship program and should have a 2.5 cumulative GPA in one of the following majors: Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a similar construction program. Doster visits college campuses throughout the year to meet with committed and qualified students. These visits include career fairs and on-campus interviews. All campus recruiting is scheduled during spring and fall semesters.
