The construction of a new building is history in the making. It changes the landscape for years to come; it can impact the job market; and—for better or worse-it undoubtedly affects the environment. Doster Construction wants to help clients make history by building projects for the better of the environment. Buildings that lower energy costs, overall operating costs and total lifecycle costs. We do this by building green.

Doster recently achieved ISO 14001 standard, which means that through our environmental management system we are able to identify and control the environmental impact of all Doster projects; continuously improve our environmental performance; and implement and adhere to a systematic approach toward setting environmental objectives and targets.

To attain your green goals, Doster insists that sustainability efforts be considered early on to mitigate costs and that they are applied each step of the way. Our LEED AP personnel will show you that building a LEED-certified structure doesn't mean compromising the financial viability of the project. Oftentimes it just means thinking outside the box and always promoting environmental responsibility along the value chain of sub-contractors, suppliers and customers.

The extra effort to build green results in payoffs for years to come. Yours could be the first LEED-certified building of its kind, or the first in a particular city or region. And Doster Construction Company can assist you in creating that piece of history.
