Doster Construction Company has a culture of responsibility that embeds quality awareness in all of our organizational processes. We are committed to safety, quality control and quality assurance, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Our formal Quality Management System (QMS) was designed to provide the framework for how Doster consistently meets and exceeds customer quality requirements, continually improves operations and determines if work methods are efficient. We believe this commitment will provide long term benefits to our valued clients, suppliers and employees.
An ISO Registered Company
Doster's QMS is consistently measured against the ultimate benchmark of quality - ISO 9001 for Quality Service. We are recognized as one of the few contractors in the United States to achieve ISO 9001 registration. As a result, it is our standard practice to internally audit our jobsites as well as all Doster Offices, while engaging the services of an independent quality system certification body to audit and provide third party validation of system improvement.
Doster has recently attained certification for the ISO 14001 (Environmental) standard. We know that this investment will garner significant benefits to our internal processes and the clients we serve.

Striving for Customer Satisfaction
Our QMS includes the development of clear, quantifiable and measurable requirements. Unique to each of our projects, quality indicators are set during pre-construction by the project team, and are followed throughout the duration of construction. Project team meetings are held regularly to discuss job safety, quality, design and development, value engineering, scheduling and planning, timely implementation, environmental stewardship and customer satisfaction.
Because our process for improvement relies on continuous feedback, we invite our clients to audit our performance throughout our job, and when our work is finalized. This lets us know what we are doing well, and where we need to improve.
