Inwood Office Building is a 30,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility. The building is a two-story, tilt-up wall facility located in Winter Springs, Florida. Situated on 4 acres of water-front property, Inwood Office Building has the capacity to house approximately 130 employees, with the capability to expand to 45,000 square feet in the future. Doster was selected as the general contractor on the shell and Interior Build-out of the 2nd floor.

The exterior consists of storefront style windows and a curtain wall front. Most often referred to, or observed as, a sail boat, the buildings main entry is the main focal point of the building. Aluminum metal panels converging with store front help identify the curved look of the boat. The landscaping is mixed with a good variety of palms and other native plants, which enhances the nautical theme.

The facility has been designed with the forefront of technology in mind; Inwood features automated lighting, heating and air conditioning, a security system, a wireless network, a converged data and voice network and a video network with flat panel plasma televisions throughout the building. In addition the facility features several upgrades including larger fully equipped conference rooms, and an expanded video production office which includes a green screen and sound booth for recording voice-overs.

In keeping with the Inwoods' Corporate Wellness Program, the facility is designed with health and fitness in mind. The building is a smoke-free facility and also houses showers and lockers. Additionally the café-style break room has many special features that will benefit employees. These features include instant hot water dispensers, a stand-alone ice maker, filtered water, two commercial refrigerators, a stand-alone freezer and a flat panel television with DIRECTV. Employees are encouraged to relax on the patio, located in the back of the building, which features picnic tables where employees can socialize and eat lunch.

The $5.8 million facility was completed in August of 2008.
