Torchmark Development - River Village Addition

Doster was chosen as the general contractor by Stonegate Realty, formerly Torchmark Development, to build the 50,000 square foot frame addition to the River Village. The two-story steel framed building features brick and pre-cast, with a one inch insulating glass skin. The foundations of the building are drilled piers with continuous perimeter footings. To tie-in the new structure to the existing building, demolition work was required. The building is fully sprinkled, with all of the duct, fire protection, plumbing and electrical work exposed within the ceiling.
