Doster Construction Company constructed the first phase of the Baptist Medical Park in Navarre, Florida. The project was a 28,600 square foot medical office building designed by George Koper Associates of Pensacola, Florida. The building is a two-story steel structure with masonry veneer. The exterior façade incorporates an awning and a signage component. F.E. Booker Company served as the local joint venture partner on the project. Healthplex served as the developer for this project. The project was on a fast-track schedule with early release packages for civil and foundations.
