Baptist Health Care selected Doster to construction the new 30,000 square foot, two-story medical office building on their Gulf Breeze campus. The multi-specialty MOB houses physician offices, and was constructed with a structural steel frame with brick veneer exterior. The project was part of a $28.8 million Gulf Breeze Hospital campus improvement program. Doster was selected to provide Construction Management services for these projects, which included a new cancer center, outpatient rehab physical therapy facility and a major expansion to the hospital. F.E. Booker Company served as the local joint venture partner.
