Doster Construction Company was selected as the General Contractor for the Hexcel Pan Line. The $2.9 million project is a 60,000 square foot industrial facility for Hexcel Corporation, a carbon fiber manufacturer. The project incorporates two outparcel buildings which add an additional 11,000 square feet under one roof for the project. The buildings are all pre-engineered metal buildings. The project scope included foundations, grade beams, column piers, and HVAC equipment. There are several deep foundation pits that are housed inside the main facility. Doster Construction Company mobilized April 2008 and completed the project December 2008.
