Doster was selected on a negotiated basis to construct Toledo Molding & Die's new facility in Elba. The facility houses Injection Molding and Blow Molding machines for this first tier automotive supplier. The structure is a 92,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with approximately 3,000 square feet of office space.
The exterior consists of metal siding and split-face block. The facility includes six dock doors and a 15-ton overhead crane. The building is fully sprinkled for fire protection.
