Doster was selected as General Contractor for the 1700 Midtown Apartment Complex: Located in the heart of downtown Nashville the four-story wood frame building, with metal and hardiplank siding, will feature 170 one- and two-bedroom apartments. As a way to offer easy access to the apartment's residents, the apartment building will wrap around a 217-space, cast in place, parking garage. With its location, Bristol at Midtown is a convenient choice for young professionals who want to live, work and play in the downtown area.
Before construction began, a 15,000 square foot pre-existing building was demolished. This is the first building in Nashville to utilize Type 3A construction.
