Spanning 20 acres near the community's front entrance, off of Ross Bridge Parkway, these wood frame apartments are the first phase of multi-family dwellings for the fast-growing community of Ross Bridge.
With an exterior veneer consisting of a combination of synthetic stone, fiber-cement siding and synthetic stucco, the complex consist of eight buildings, each with attached and detached garages. The spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments will range from 950 to 2,100 square feet. The complex will also feature two, two-story carriage buildings with four units with attached garages. There are also two townhome buildings providing four units with attached garages as well. Amenities include a clubhouse with an internet café, a game room, an exercise room and pool, a garden area with arbor, a trellis with seating surrounding an outdoor kitchen. The property also offers a dog park, playground and car wash.
