The Haven at Knob Creek, situated on a 30-acre site, is a new luxury apartment complex development located in Johnson City, Tennessee. Consisting of 14 wood frame buildings, and housing a total of 372 units, the 3 and 4-story buildings have a stone and siding exterior and contains one, two and three bedroom units.
Each apartment includes interiors such as crown molding, which highlights 9-foot ceilings, french doors, a gourmet kitchen and a private balcony.
Amenities include a pool with a clubhouse, an executive business center, a cabana with an outdoor fireplace, detached garages, on-site laundry facilities, a car wash bay and mail kiosks.
The Haven at Knob Creek is the recipient of a Merit award in the
“Commercial $10-$15 million” category, given by the ABC Alabama Excellence in
Construction. This project additionally received an Award of Merit in the
Multifamily Residential category, awarded by South Central Construction
in their Best Projects of 2009.
