Lullwater at Saluda Pointe is a 375,135 square foot, 280-unit, class A type apartment complex located in Lexington, South Carolina. Residential units are laid out in one, two or three bedroom floor plans. Amenities of the complex include a 6,000 square foot clubhouse with a laundry room, an exercise facility, a business conference center and a room for entertaining events.
Located outside the clubhouse is a one of a kind pool coupled with a hot tub and outdoor grilling area. Additional amenities include an enclosed trash compactor, a mail kiosk, a playground, carwash facilities and a walking courtyard. The approximately 20-acre site also includes a retention pond. Many of the original trees were preserved as perimeter for privacy, thus creating a very natural and scenic environment.
The apartments include high-end interior and exterior finishes, sturdy construction and a convenient location within close proximity to Lexington.
