Doster was approached to manage the completion of The Park at Riverchase, which had turned into a troubled project with the original contractor. The $3.5 million project involved extensive emphasis on code conformance at both the state and local levels. To accomplish this, major mechanical and plumbing retrofit was necessary as well as general finishes and trim-out of this 125-bed assisted living facility located in Birmingham, Alabama.
