Doster's first in a series of projects for this owner, this location is a 48-bed assisted living facility in the affluent Brentwood area. The 28,000 square foot structure is wood framed in with a brick veneer. The facility features a kitchen, dining room, library, and laundry area. The $3.1 million project was completed in 1995.

Germantown, Tennessee

A two-story, 30,000 square foot, 50-bed facility in that features wood framed construction with brick veneer, the facility includes a kitchen, dining room, library, and laundry area. This $3.2 million project was completed in 1999.

Hoover, Alabama

Located in the affluent north Shelby County area of Hoover, this upscale project features 84 beds with spacious common areas. The 50,515 square foot project is wood framed with brick veneer. The facility also features a kitchen, dining room, library, and laundry area. This $5 million project was completed in 1995.

Naples, Florida

The 34,852 square foot facility features load bearing masonry walls, wood trusses, concrete roof tiles, and a stucco exterior. The facility features a kitchen, dining room, library, and laundry area. The $2.9 million project was completed in 1997.
