Boardwalk at Brittain Landing New Apartment Complex

Doster Construction Company was selected to serve as General Contractor for the new, 150-unit off-campus student apartment complex in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The project consisted of nine wood framed apartment unit buildings with Hardiplank® siding and stone exteriors, a clubhouse and a maintenance building.
Situated in a gated community, the units are four-bedroom, four-bath suites just minutes from the University of Alabama. Amenities include a large swimout style pool with fiber optic lighting, laminar optic jets, waterfalls, a sun deck, a party size whirlpool and sauna and steam rooms. The resort-style clubhouse has pool tables, foosball, darts, big-screen TVs, a fitness center, a tanning booth, a movie theater with stadium seating, a computer center with high-speed wireless Internet, furnished conversation areas, and office areas for management. The project was completed in February 2008.
