Doster Construction Company, Inc.'s Healthcare Construction Services Manual is intended to provide our organization a systematic guide for planning and working in healthcare facilities in the most efficient, cost effective and safest possible manner throughout design, construction and renovation, while maintaining the flexibility required by individual Owners and facilities.
Doster's goal is to provide the highest level of quality in delivering our construction services. To achieve this goal, we feel every supervisory employee associated with healthcare construction projects should be trained to meet the needs of the patients and staff. We have identified specific areas of training that will help the patients, our clients, our employees and our subcontractors become familiar with the various aspects of working in and around a healthcare facility. By following the principals and procedures outlined in the manual, we are confident that there will be no compromise to the high standards established by our clients and by Doster Construction Company, Inc.
Doster Healthcare training includes: The healthcare planning, design and construction process, construction risk assessment, infection control, team building and communication, technology, MEP Systems, life safety, med gas systems and Owner expectations.
