Doster successfully maintained a record of Zero Lost Time Accidents or Incidents for all projects and office locations. This is a major accomplishment for the company. It involves each and every one of the employees on a daily basis and demonstrates the overall commitment to taking care of the employees.
Employees will be asked for individual participation in helping the Operations Department to monitor the safety and health of the ongoing and upcoming projects. This year Doster will focus more on the following areas for many individuals in order to increase their overall knowledge and proficiency:
- Training
- Program Updates
- Reporting
- Auditing/Inspections
- Enforcement of Programs and Effective Documentation
