Doster Construction Company was recently awarded the Crescent Bellevue Apartments project in Nashville, Tennessee. This project adds to the list of other Doster projects in the Nashville area – Bellevue Apartments and Fountains at Germantown Apartments. Construction begins immediately on this 377-unit garden style apartment development.
Located on an 87-acre property that the Bellevue Center Mall used to occupy, the project will feature eighteen (18) 2- and 3-story wood framed (Type 5) multistory apartment buildings with surface parking. The leasing office, clubhouse, and related amenities will be housed in one of the residential buildings.
Crescent Communities is the project’s developer with Doster as the general contractor and Preston Partnership as the architect of record.
