Doster has celebrated the groundbreaking of two multifamily projects, Springs at Juban Crossings and Lakeside Villas Phase II, while recently completing another multifamily project, Springs at River Chase.
Springs at Juban Crossings, located in Denham Springs, and Springs at River Chase, located in Covington, are both multifamily developments by Continental Properties. Both projects are townhome-style apartment living with ground-level private entries. Ranging from studio apartments to 3-bedroom apartment homes, the Springs communities feature a clubhouse, resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, business center, dog park, and attached and detached garages. Coupled with additional, unique amenities such as a free car care center and pet spa area, the Continental Properties development create the best in suburban apartment living. Phillips Partnership is the architect of record, and Doster Construction is the general contractor for both projects.
Doster was also recently awarded the Lakeside Villas Phase II project in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Construction will include five new buildings and a new Clubhouse to the existing Lakeside Villas. The project will comprise of 144 multifamily units on 7.56 acres. Key Real Estate of New Orleans is the project’s owner and Humphreys and Partners is the architect of record. Doster Construction is the general contractor.
