Wenonah High School | Birmingham, AL

Doster was selected as the General Contractor for this new $35.8 million, 200,000 square foot high school for Birmingham City Schools. After demolition of the old school and construction of the new school was completed, a new competition football stadium was built. This 37-acre project also included site work, complete refurbishment of the existing competition gymnasium, and construction of a new practice gymnasium.

As the project’s architect, I value the contributions Doster has made, I have the utmost respect for them, and I enjoy working with them. They have always exhibited a high degree of professionalism, a rigorous commitment to quality, and a willingness to go above and beyond the expected.
