Doster has celebrated the groundbreaking of Crescent Bellevue Place, a new 337-unit garden-style community in Nashville. Crescent Bellevue Place will be built on the northeast parcel of the One Bellevue Place master-planned development. In addition to the residential project, One Bellevue Place will also include 350,000 square feet of retail and 300,000 square feet of planned office space.
Crescent Communities is the project’s owner, Pearl Street Partners at the developer, The Preston Partnership as the architect of record.
Doster was also recently awarded the Springs at Country Club project in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The project will include 252 units, a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness area and dog park.
Continental Properties is the project’s owner and Phillips Partnership is the architect of record. Doster Construction is the general contractor for both projects.
