The 272-unit apartment community offer convenient lifestyle extras such as detached garages, bike storage, and dog grooming facilities. The Solara apartment community comprises four buildings with one- and two- bedroom units. The 4-story, wood framed apartments have an exterior of fiber cement siding with stucco, and are positioned to create a central courtyard surrounding the resort style pool area. The property features a modern 8,000 square-foot clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool, high-tech internet café, and lake side walking trails.
