Doster Construction Company recently broke ground on a luxury apartment development in downtown Jeffersonville, Indiana. The Walcott will include a 215-unit apartment development with precast parking deck, resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an internet café, an indoor-outdoor rooftop terrace overlooking the park and Ohio River, an automated parcel system, and a pet spa.
A groundbreaking ceremony was held on February 13, 2019. Jeffersonville Mayor Mike Moore and other city leaders were in attendance along with the developer Waypoint Residential and the team from Doster Construction Company. The Walcott is expected to complete in 2020.
