Doster Construction Company has broken ground on a new luxury apartment community for Daniel, one of the Sunbelt Region’s most active real estate development, management and investment firms. The new project is in Pensacola, Florida directly across the street from Navy Federal Credit Union’s expansive campus on Nine Mile Road.
The development, designed by Nelson Architects, is a 336-unit, four-story, premium rental community, located within Pathstone, a master-planned mixed-use development that is currently slated to include over 200 single family homes and 75,000 square feet of neighborhood retail. The amenities and unit finishes of the apartment community will set a new standard of quality in the for-rent market in Pensacola.
Construction has begun and the first units are scheduled to complete in Fall 2021.
