Doster Construction Company recently completed construction on a luxury apartment development in downtown Jeffersonville, Indiana. The Walcott includes a 215-unit apartment development with precast parking deck, resort-style pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an internet café, and an indoor-outdoor rooftop terrace overlooking the park and Ohio River.
Doster broke ground on the Boka Powell-designed project in 2019 with developer Waypoint Residential. The new development is now open for lease.
