Doster Construction Company has been selected to build The Viola, a new multifamily development in Huntsville, Alabama, for Lincoln Avenue Communities. Designed by DNA Workshop, the project will include 204 high-quality apartment units, bringing additional housing options to one of the fastest-growing markets in the state.
Sitework is scheduled to begin this month as Doster mobilizes on site, with construction completing in 2027.

This award adds to Doster’s expanding portfolio of Huntsville-area apartment communities, which includes Constellation, The Dempsey, and Attain at Bradford Creek. The Viola further strengthens Doster’s presence in North Alabama and continues the company’s momentum in the multifamily sector.
