Doster Construction Company has completed the demolition of the existing terminal and construction of a new terminal building at Maury County Regional Airport in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee.

The project included the removal of the previous facility and the construction of a new 5,463-square-foot terminal designed to support the airport’s operations and enhance the overall experience for users. The scope of work also included installation and coordination of utility services, including electric, water, sewer, and gas.

Site improvements were a key component of the project, with work encompassing landscaping, sidewalk pavements, and the creation of exterior gathering spaces. Additional enhancements included the installation of perimeter fencing with automatic gates to improve site security, as well as construction of a new parking lot with pavement markings. Minor drainage improvements and earthwork, including grading and full site restoration with seeding, sodding, and topsoiling, were also completed as part of the project.

“This project reflects a coordinated effort to deliver a functional and well-integrated facility that supports the airport’s continued operations,” said Adam Young, Senior Project Manager at Doster Construction. “We appreciate the opportunity to partner on a project that contributes to the local community and infrastructure.”

The completed terminal provides an updated facility for Maury County Regional Airport, supporting ongoing activity and future use in the region.
