Doster Construction Company has been selected by the Vestavia Hills City Council to serve as Construction Manager for a capital improvement program at Liberty Park.
Over the next two to three years, Doster will oversee a series of transformative projects designed to enhance community facilities and services across the City. The program includes:
- Renovation and expansion of Fire Station No. 4
- Construction of a new satellite library
- A new police operations center
- A public works and park maintenance facility
- Site improvements, including a new access road and reconfiguration of the softball park entrance
- Upgrades to Wald Park’s Aquatic Complex

Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with phased delivery of projects over the following two to three years.
