Doster Construction Company joined hospital leadership, medical staff, and community officials on October 1, 2025 to celebrate the groundbreaking of the ER at Hypoluxo, a new extension of Wellington Regional Medical Center that will expand access to emergency care in the community.

The project is being developed for Universal Health Services (UHS) and will be operated by Wellington Regional Medical Center, with TMP Architecture serving as the project’s architect.

The groundbreaking ceremony featured remarks from Pam Tahan, CEO of Wellington Regional Medical Center, Adam M. Bromberg, MD, and Palm Beach County Commissioner Gregg Weiss, who spoke on the importance of bringing advanced healthcare services closer to home.

The new facility, expected to open next fall, will provide 24/7 emergency services, staffed by board-certified emergency medicine physicians and supported by the latest diagnostic and treatment technologies.

“We are excited to bring this new emergency facility to Hypoluxo,” said Pam Tahan, CEO of Wellington Regional Medical Center. “This project is a testament to our mission of delivering exceptional care where and when our community needs it most.”

Doster is proud to partner with UHS, Wellington Regional Medical Center, and TMP Architecture on this milestone project, continuing its commitment to building spaces that support compassionate and exceptional healthcare delivery.
