Doster Construction Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Allan Dedman to President & Chief Operating Officer.
Dedman joined Doster in 2014 and has been instrumental in the company’s continued growth and operational success. Over the past decade, he has helped strengthen collaboration across divisions, enhance client relationships, and drive performance excellence throughout the organization.

As President & COO, Dedman will continue to oversee Doster’s day-to-day operations while taking on an expanded leadership role focused on long-term strategy, growth, and innovation.
