Doster Construction Company completed an addition at the Retreat at Brightside Student Living in Baton Rouge, Louisiana that added 44 units to the student apartment development. The 34,485 square foot addition will allow more students to benefit from the property’s updated amenities and close proximity to the LSU Bus Line.
Doster has completed more than 1,500 units of multifamily housing in the last year alone and has been ranked as a top Multifamily General Contractor by the National Multifamily Housing Council. Doster is currently under construction on several other multifamily projects in Louisiana including the 144-unit Lakeside Villas II also in Baton Rouge, the 272-unit Sawgrass Point in Gonzales, the 272-unit Springs at Juban Crossing in Denham Springs and recently completed the 252-unit Springs at Country Club in Lake Charles.
