Doster is working with Bristol Development Group on a new apartment development in Louisville, Kentucky. Bristol is planning a $48 million mixed-use apartment complex with retail space, on a block surrounded by East Main, Clay, Washington and Hancock streets, at the edge of Butchertown. The proposed seven-story building would be on 1.46 acres and include 260 mainly one- and two-bedroom units, with at least 2,400 square feet of retail space along Main Street. The units include a handful of three-bedroom townhomes on Washington Street. Doster is currently working with Bristol Development Group on the Norton Commons downtown project as well.
