Doster was recently awarded the Fountains at Germantown project in Germantown, Tennessee. Construction on this 249-unit project begins immediately and is scheduled to complete in winter of 2016.This five-story wood-framed community is located in Nashville’s fast-growing Germantown neighborhood. The property will feature a fully-amenitized clubhouse and fitness facility intended to appeal to renters searching for a unique luxury lifestyle. A six-story, 622-space parking deck will also be included.The project will be built to NAHB Green specifications incorporating energy efficiency, water conservation, resource conservation and improved indoor air quality into the community. Proffitt Dixon Partners is the project’s developer, Jones Lang LaSalle at the Program Manager/Owner’s Rep with Doster as the general contractor and Smith Gee Studio, LLC as the architect. Fountains at Germantown adds to the list of other Doster projects in the Nashville area – HealthSouth Franklin Rehab and Bellevue Apartments.
