Brookwood Medical Center

Doster has delivered more than $45 million in healthcare construction projects on the Brookwood Medical Center campus, completing numerous additions, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades across the operating facility.

Past work includes the 6th Floor Rehabilitation Unit, cafeteria renovations, multiple patient floor upgrades, Third Floor Cath Lab, Women’s Center lobby renovations, North Tower improvements, a new chiller plant supporting surgery, Central Sterile additions and renovations, first-floor surgery renovations, Blood Lab upgrades, and campus-wide HVAC equipment replacements. The team also constructed a 1,744-space employee parking deck with an attached pedestrian bridge to enhance campus accessibility and capacity.

Doster is currently leading new additions and renovations on campus, including executive suite expansions, boiler replacement, and construction of a new pedestrian bridge. These projects build on our extensive healthcare experience and demonstrate our ability to deliver complex work within an active medical environment.
