Ferrell Hospital Expansion

Doster Construction Company is the construction manager on a $20 million expansion and modernization of the 25-bed Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado, Illinois.

The construction added 55,000 square feet of space to the existing hospital and modernized the existing 17,400 square feet. A new emergency department was created, along with new diagnostic imaging, laboratory, phlebotomy, chemotherapy, surgical and ambulatory care unit spaces. New spaces for the front lobby, a front canopy, the cafeteria and registration were also completed.
