Project Description
Doster teamed with Bayer Properties and the City of Germantown for an anticipated new Trader Joe’s supermarket.
The 72,000 square foot store was built in an old Kroger store site in the Germantown Collection shopping center. The team worked collaboratively to incorporate the new building design into the existing building conditions and worked closely with the city of Germantown to keep traffic flowing through the shopping center and keep the public safe.
