Doster Construction Company, AJ Capital Partners, Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture, and numerous other trade partners and community members joined together on May 7, 2019 to celebrate the topping out of the new Graduate Nashville hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.
The 12-story, 205-room hotel is located on West End Avenue across from Vanderbilt University, and the property will include a restaurant and bar, a lobby cafeĢ, nearly 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space and a rooftop pool and bar with views of Midtown and downtown, among other unique amenities.
During the Topping Out, each attendee signed a ceremonial beam that was then hoisted to the highest part of the new hotel. This time-honored construction tradition marks the key milestone of the structural completion.
